POLICY DOCUMENT 2008-1: 

With the permission of either the president or the vice president, 
any part time or full time student at the University of Guelph who
expects to complete the majority of their academic requirement in 
Guelph, Ontario may become a member by privelege of SOCIS, per the
sixth article of the SOCIS Constitution (2006).
