SOCIS Meetings

SOCIS holds weekly meetings that are open to all CIS Students. We encourage everyone who is interested in having their voice heard to attend, as all CIS Students are members by default and have full voting rights on whatever issues may arise. Weekly meetings occur every Thursday at 5:30 PM in room 010/011 of Reynolds, throughout the Fall and Winter semesters.

Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are held one to two times annually to elect new Executive members or to update Policy Documents, or the Constitution. AGMs are, like all SOCIS meetings, completely open to all students. They must have two weeks notice given, and their location, date, and time will be specified in that notice.
