Timing of the meeting:
- Generally meetings have started late and ending late as a result at times
- We need to start the meeting on time and respect other people’s schedule

CPES Updates:
- No meeting this week but program committee meeting was held instead
- Students who are interested are nominated as program representatives
- Discussed how the program committee could better communicate with student groups

Paintball:
- It has SRM’d for March 27, 2009
- Bus has been booked from Elliott Coach Lines and will be at the Mountain Underpass at 7pm
- We’ll be going to The Paintball Arena at: 69 Agnes Street, Kitchener, ON N2G
- Plan to leave at The Paintball Arena at 10:30pm.

- The bus cost is $180 + GST, which leaves money to subsidize people
- Mostly likely buy like 3000 paintballs and people will buy more if they want.
- $15 for equipment and $5 for deposit to reserve equipment
- $20 at half priced 500 paintballs.

AGM:
- Next week in Reynolds 219 at 5:30pm
- E-mail secretary@socis.ca to apply for the available positions

- Was planning to have the event before course selection, but doesn’t look like it’s going to happen
- Plan to have the event on Thursday, March 19, 2009
- Have the following Tuesday as an alternative
